Outbound Dialing Now Available on OnState Anywhere

With our latest release of OnState Anywhere, users can now make outbound calls directly through the application. Regardless of the browser or device the agent is using, simply select the “Make Call” option and enter the desired phone number. It’s that easy! Currently only North American phone numbers are allowed, but other countries will be supported in the near future. One advantage of using OnState to make your outbound calls is that it allows you to specify a Caller ID that will be displayed to the people you call.
